Chef Boyar B

I should have probably given you a warning before posting that picture. Doesn't it make you want to gag?? B texted that to me last week with the caption "Dinner is served". I think he said something about it being his version of Showboat Pork and Beans. What the heck is that? I think this concoction contains deer meat, onions, and beans. I'm really not sure what the sauce is but I would guess Sassy Jones BBQ. B adds that to everything. This almost makes me feel sorry for him! haha He's eating food that resembles dog food and my mom and Caroline are constantly cooking great food for me! Although, usually I hear, "Michelle, you have to feed the babies, eat it!" "Ava needs to eat!" etc. So I guess they are really cooking for the babies! B gave up fast food for Lent so I'm sure I will be receiving several more text like this. My kitchen will never be the same!
P.S.-Karrie and Joseph, thanks for having him over for dinner! He has told me a million times how great it was!

A day in the life of a huge prego!

Sunday-Californication, Real Housewives of the OC, Kardashians
Monday-Pretty Little Liars, Gossip Girl, Bethany Ever After, The Bachelor
Tuesday-Glee, Real Housewives of Miami
Wednesday-American Idol, Modern Family
Thursday-American Idol, Million Dollar Listing, Selling NY, Jersey Shore
Daytime-Food Network, HGTV oh and I watch E News every day and multiple Sex and the City reruns. Oh and Chelsey Lately.

What's missing from my line up? These shows only take up about 20 hours out of my week! I need more. Thank goodness for the Real Housewives! I can't wait for the first weeks of summer when my winter shows overlap with my summer shows (Mad Men, Entourage, True Blood)!
One of the first things Caroline told me when I moved in was "Dad pays my cable bill so feel free to rent anything you want on On Demand". PS-Thanks dad! What should I rent? So far I've only watched "Love and Other Drugs". It was pretty good btw. I love going to the movies so I feel like I've already watched everything worth watching.
I could always read but I can't lay on my back and its really hard to get comfy laying on my side. As soon as I get comfortable on one side it goes numb and I have to switch to the other. I can't wait until I can sleep on my stomach again! Not that I will be getting much sleep once the babies are here.

Brandon calls me several times a day to check on "his Babies". We have the exact same conversation every time. B-"Hey what are you doing" Me-"oh just sitting here" He laughs every time I say that. He told me that when he was younger every time he talked to his "Granny" he would ask what she was doing and she would say "just sittin". Apparently I have turned into a 70 year old Granny.

B also checks my ankles every time he see's me to make sure I don't have cankles. I think this is one of his biggest fears! In fact he told me once he likes my small ankles and cankles would have been a deal breaker! So far no swollen ankles! The jokes will never end if I turn into a Granny with cankles.

The next Brad Pitt

I think B secretly wants to be famous. For some reason news stations come in the liquor store constantly wanting to interview us for different things. Road construction, changing liquor laws, underage drinking, fake id's.... If I'm there B will ask me if I want to do it and I of course say heck no. B, on the other hand, never says no. He will act like he doesn't want to do it but he always says yes. In fact, I think he loves being interviewed. He would never in a million years admit this, though. He never even tells me he does it. Usually, like tonight, one of our friends sees him on the news and sends me a text. I'm so glad I got a picture tonight! In his defense it is good advertising for the store so I try not to give him too much hell about it! I'm just glad he does it and I don't have to! I sound like a complete hick on camera. B, if you're reading this please don't stop letting them interview you! You might be discovered one day! You could be my ticket back to LA! Love you!

Fayetteville Shower

On January 8th our sweet friends hosted a couples shower for us at the Springdale Country Club. It was so much fun! I didn't want the night to end. In fact, we basically stayed until they kicked us out! The babies received such great gifts and everyone had a lot of fun! Maybe I should have one more baby so we can do it again! I'm just joking! I had 130 pictures from that night (thanks Sarah!). These are a few of my favorites! Thanks again to everyone that hosted! We love you all!

One is silver and the other gold.

I really hate to brag but Brandon and I really do have the best friends you could ask for. We are so lucky! More than anything, I hope our babies will be lucky enough to have friends like ours. I feel like I should give quick thank you's to a few people. They are always the last people I send thank you notes to because I know they won't judge me if they are a year late.

Sarah, thanks for steam cleaning all of my floors, taking pictures at my showers, poofing my hair, and talking me out of killing Brandon when he drives me crazy, because the babies need a father. I know B appreciates that too.

Olivia, thanks for being my personal shopper! The blankets were a hit. I wish you could have been there! Also, thanks for playing nurse that night you gave me my shot! I'm sure the babies appreciated that too! Now hurry and move home!

Beth Anne, thank you for being my unofficial obgyn. Feel free to start charging me for your services. Are you sure you don't want to fly down to give me my epidural? I would feel so much better if you did it! You need to hurry and move home too! Oh, and have a baby!

Emily, thanks for being my most creative friend. I love stealing all of your ideas and pretending they are my own. The babies would not have a nursery without you! Apologize to your boss for me. I know my midday calls must distract you from your work!

Ben, thanks for being our handyman. B is lucky to have a handy friend because handy he is not. Also, thank you for always cleaning my kitchen when B makes huge messes.

Leslie, thanks for organizing such a fun shower. You went above and beyond. We had such a good time! Also, thanks for having Madeline and giving Ava a bff!

Clint, thanks for helping B tear out cabinets and put together cribs and bookshelves. You should really charge him for that!

Bethany, thank you for all of the mommy advice and for introducing me to Zulily. My bank account thanks you too. I'm going to put you on speed dial when the babies are here.

Lauren, thank you for being my nanny and Chik-fil-A fairy. Your visits have kept me from going completely insane in this apartment.

Karrie, thank you for keeping me up to date on gossip and for all the fun date nights. You're way more fun than B! Also, thanks for selling fireworks with me and making me rich.

Carol-thanks for hunting with B so I don't have to, reading all of the baby books so I don't have to, taking charge of the babies education so they will be smart like you, clothing my kids for the first year of their life, and basically being my personal slave for the past 9 months.

Courtney, Bethany, Alicia, Sarah, Allison, Jessica, Leigh, Melissa, Hillary, Leslie, Stephanie, Kristin, and Lindsay, thank you for giving Ava, Brooks, and Knox friends before they are even born!

Fort Smith Shower

Cindy and Judi hosted such a cute shower for me on January 13th. They are so sweet and so creative! They really went all out on the cute decorations! The food was delicious too! The babies definitely got a little sugar rush that night! Ava, Brooks, and Knox are lucky babies!

Isn't Cali a cutie? I wish I looked that cute when I was in Jr High! I think my cutest outfit was stonewashed Gap jeans and loafers!

I really loved everything we received! Ava, got the cutest red tutu! I can't wait to take her to her first Razorback game! Maggie, Emily, and Laquita, thanks for the little Burberry socks! I can't wait for the babies to wear them!

I really hope I have at least one little tan Greek baby like Nini! Although, they might all come out slightly orange/tan from all of the self tanner I have been using! My mom had a dream they all had big blue eyes! I would love that too! I think in her dream they came out as toddlers...hmmm Maybe I will get my chubby babies after all!

This picture makes me laugh! I really thought I couldn't get much bigger... Boy was I wrong!

How cute is this? Why can't I be creative? Cindy and Judi, I'm going to need some help planning the babies first Birthday party!

Kathy and Heather drove all the way from Dumas for the shower! I'm so glad y'all were able to make it!

Dumas Shower

Brandon's aunts and cousins hosted a shower for the trips on January 30th. I wasn't allowed to leave Fayetteville so Brandon and Caroline took my place! From what I heard Brandon did a great job opening gifts! Everything looked so cute and fun! I would have loved to be there! These babies are lucky to have so many people that care about them!!! They are already so spoiled! Thanks to all the hostesses! Also, thanks Sarah for taking pictures for me! I love them all!

Caroline is my official note taker! She wrote down all the gifts I received at all the showers and then organized them into a spreadsheet! She's lucky she has terrible handwritting or I would have made her help me write a few thank you notes!

I wish I could have been there!

I think B is finally learning what all the baby gifts are and what they are used for! At our first shower he looked a little confused as he opened gifts. I can't wait until the babies are here to use all of their new things. The clothes are so tiny! It's hard to imagine having babies that small. It's crazy to think that I will be lucky if they weigh four pounds!

The cupcakes were so freaking cute! They were very tasty too! B was nice enough to bring me a few!
