Our Birth Announcement

I LOVE the way these turned out! I wish I could have sent one to everyone we know. I am going to frame it and put it in the babies nursery!

I love sending cards and receiving them! I'm already looking forward to Christmas cards! I've kept every Christmas card we have received since we have been married! A little hoarderish I know! So add us to your list! ha

My Door

After three months I think it might be time to take down my wreath! I really don't want to but I think the neighbors know by now I had triplets! I might have to pull it back out for their first birthday! Maybe their half birthday too....

Asher and Austyn turn 1!

The babies went to Asher and Austyn's first birthday party this weekend! We all had a great time! Thanks for inviting us!

B dressed Ava for the party. I had a pink leopard bubble picked out but he went for this outfit instead! She still looked pretty cute!

Busy Week

Look at these little buddies! They always lock arms or hold hands when they are next to each other!


Ava kicked back with her favorite buddy Mr. Frog. I actually have two more Mr Frogs on order in case we ever lose this one! If I hold Mr Frog up Ava gets so excited and starts smiling and laughing. So cute!


Wednesday I had a csc meeting and afterwards Karrie and I stopped by Marks front porch wine tasting. It was so much fun! I honestly thought there would just be a few people drinking wine on his porch but Mark had quite the crowd! Thanks for having me Mark!


Love Shack Baby! Thursday Karrie, Mark, my mom, and I went to see the B-52's at the Amp. It was a lot of fun! I only knew a few songs but they put on a great show! The most entertaining part of the show was the crazy girls sitting at the table in front of us! They were out of control! I really should have taken pictures! They never stopped dancing and they were wearing ridiculous dresses that were way too short!




Friday Sarah came in town to visit the babies! This was her first time to get to meet them! Ava got dressed up for Sarah's visit! She was so excited!


Brooks was really excited about meeting Sarah too! He can't wait to meet Stevie and Tripp too!


Sarah and I spent the afternoon running errands. We went to lunch at Hammontrees and then stopped in a few stores and went to the mall. Friday night we stayed home with the babies and ordered in sushi!
Caroline and Sydney stopped by to visit the babies too!


When I woke up Saturday Ava and B were missing! They went on a little jog together. I wish he had taken pictures! Apparently she went in her night gown and by the time they made it home she was only in a diaper. He said she seemed to like it!
We all got ready and went to Asher and Austyn's first birthday party! Happy birthday guys! We had such a good time!

Brandon has a friend that makes pickles and they are delicious! He came over Saturday and taught B how to make them! We won't know how they turned out for a while but I hope they are good since we have a million jars! Thanks for the lesson on canning Richie!



We spent most of the afternoon in the pool! Once we finally got out of the pool Sarah had a little photo shoot with Ava. The pictures are sooo good! I can't wait until she sends them to me so I can post them! Ava did tee tee on two of my chairs during her photo session but I guess it was worth it for the cute pics! The boys slept through the pictures so I didn't get any of them but next time we definitely will. Now Sarah has to come back soon so the boys don't feel left out! haha
Saturday night Sarah and I went out on the town! While we were gone B's family stopped by to see the babies! I told him to take a few pics but of course he forgot!
I felt like I was in high school again having a slumber party. Sarah and I came home and watched Sex and the City reruns. She brought "Slumber Party Mad Libs" but we never got around to filling them out.


Sunday was a lazy day for everyone but me! I had a ton of laundry and cleaning to do. B left for a bike ride around 6am and the babies and I slept in until 9! They spent the day napping and trying out their bumbo chairs! I think Knox was a fan!

Our little family is going to be so busy in the next few weeks! We have something planned every weekend for the next month! Hopefully I will have lots of cute pictures of the babies to post!

PS-I think Brooks has a thing for girls with big booties! He loves to watch Keeping Up With the Kardashians and laughs the entire time...

You're Engaged!

Apparently I have some guys that read my blog and listen to what I say! I think two weeks ago I mentioned I was ready for my friends to get engaged and their guys needed to put rings on their fingers ASAP! Well they got their rings! I'm so excited! I love getting the exciting phone calls!!! I also LOVE weddings and always have. My "surprise" when my parents went on vacations when I was younger would always be wedding magazines! I've been obsessed for a long time! I think I would get married again if I could! Since that isn't an option I can just live vicariously through my friends that are getting married! ha

Christina is my cousin and her boyfriend Jonathan popped the question in South Beach fourth of July weekend! Their wedding will be in Fayetteville next fall! I'm going to start training Ava to sprinkle flower petals now! I can't wait for the wedding! Christina has great taste so I'm sure it will be fabulous!

Congratulations Christina and Jonathan! I can't wait for all of the festivities to start!





Lauren has been my bff since she dated my bff in high school! We were freshman roommates and moved to LA together after college. She is getting married on August 5th in Little Rock! I know she will be a beautiful bride!

Congratulations Lauren and Scott! I'm so excited about the wedding! Now I just need to find something to wear!

First Birthday Party!

The babies went to their first birthday party on Saturday! Happy Birthday Porter! We all had such a good time! There were babies everywhere! Bethany told me she counted 14 babies and 8 kids! Almost all of the babies at the party will be in the same grade! I wish we had gotten them all together for a picture! They have another birthday party to attend next weekend so maybe I can get them all together for a picture then!

Ava looked pretty cute! She thought Porters party was the perfect opportunity to show off her new headband and shoes!

Aunt Karrie and Aunt Emily! I don't know what I would do without them! They help me with the babies so much! Emily was nice enough to come over before the party and help me load the babies and all of our gear! I think she now understands why I'm always late! ha

We take up a lot of room wherever we go! I also have a diaper bag the size of a suitcase that goes everywhere with us too!

Our weekend

Friday the babies and I had our friends over for a little pool party! The babies were party poopers and slept the entire time but I had fun with my friends!! We might have to make that a weekly party! I didn't take one single picture but maybe next time!

Friday night the babies and I met Gigi, Caroline, Laquita and Maggie at Pesto for dinner! It was pretty yummy and the babies were perfect little angels! I'm sure people are scared to death when they see me carry three babies in a restaurant but they really never make a peep!



Saturday was a busy day! B left around noon to go on a biking/camping trip. I'm not sure how he talked me into that one because I had to go to a party and wedding solo! I wasn't sure if he was even going to go because he couldn't stop talking about how much he was going to miss the babies and he just wasn't sure he could leave them! His friend told him he better not cry about it while they were camping! haha After we sent him off the babies and I went to Porter's party. That evening Jennifer and Chris watched the babies while I went to the wedding and to Bordino's for drinks.

Chris took this picture of the babies while I was at the wedding! So cute! I gave them strict instructions to try to keep the babies awake while I was gone so they would sleep through the night! Saturday was my first night to stay alone with the babies so I needed all of the help I could get! All four of us were ready for B to get home on Sunday!




When B FINALLY got home from his camping trip Karrie and Joseph picked us up and we went to the lake with Emily and Matt. I love the lake! We had a late lunch at JJ's and then stayed in the water the entire time after that! It was the perfect Sunday! Karrie and I have big plans to buy a boat to share next year! We might even spring for a lake house too! haha Maybe I will finally learn to water ski!
When we got home the babies were bathed, our laundry was done, and dinner was ready! I was so excited because we were exhausted! Thanks mom and Caroline for everything! We owe you!
