Eat-Sometimes you eat and sometimes you don't.  There are times when I don't think you eat a thing for days!  You like your smoothies in the morning and you wake up early to help your dad make them.  You get all of the ingredients out of the pantry for him which I think is so cute! You are usually too busy to sit down and eat.  As soon as I put you in your high chair you are ready to get down.  You love blueberries and almost all fruit really.  You love ham, turkey,  and chicken.  You love yogurt, applesauce, and ice cream too!  Goldfish, chips, french fries of course, and you like crackers and you call them cookies...  Your favorite food is eggs.  You could eat them every day for every meal!  You mainly drink water but occasionally ask for milk and you get a Sprite on special occasions! You love snacks!  I think you would rather snack than eat a meal! 

Sleep-You can fall asleep anywhere!  You are my only child that sleeps in the car.  Sleeping through the night is a different story though.  For the past several weeks you have been waking up several times throughout the night screaming!  You usually just want a drink and for me to tuck you back in.  you immediately go back to sleep!  It's so strange and it is driving me insane! You end up in our bed a few nights a week and you push me off the bed so I get zero sleep!  I feel like you didn't wake up this often when you were a newborn!  If you don't nap you definitely wake up throughout the night but if you do nap you will usually sleep through the night.  It's really so strange!   I hope we get it figured out soon because I need you to nap and sleep through the night for my sanity!  You need sleep too!  you can be a little cranky without 14 hours a day of good sleep! 

Tricks-You are so active and so athletic.  You have been riding your balance bike so fast for several months now.  You can also throw baseballs pretty far for such a little guy! You hop in and out of your crib a million times a day like it's no big deal! Sometimes you know your colors and sometimes you don't... It's almost like you can't slow down long enough to think of the answer you just yell something out! ha You are obsessed with animals (especially monkeys) and you know all of your animals and the sounds they make.  You are potty trained completely at school but at home...That is a different story. You will potty on the potty on demand you just aren't consistent with it!  I think you are going to have a hard time stopping what you are doing to go!  You love to play outside and stay busy at all times.  You change clothes a million times a day.  Lately you always want to wear your baseball pants.   You are obsessed with chickens and eggs.  You talk about them all of the time.  You like to eat eggs too!   

Bath-You love bath time and you get wild in the tub!  You splash water everywhere!  It drives me crazy!  You are so silly!  You love to dump water on your sister and brothers head!  Getting you out of the tub is always an adventure too! You love to run away while I'm trying to get you dressed!  

Clothes-You are my chunky monkey although you really aren't that chunky.  You are just bigger than your sister and especially your brother!  In shirts I buy you a 3t and in pants and shorts usually a 2t.  You can still wear some 18-24 month shorts though.  You have huge feet for your little body.  I have been buying you tens!  

Looks-You still look a lot like me but occasionally I see a hint of your dad.  I think you have his mouth!  You have the prettiest thick hair and the longest eyelashes!  

Teeth-You have all your teeth!  You are still a thumb sucker so braces will definitely be in your future! You had a few rough nights when you were teething.  You seemed to be the only one that had any problems.  You would just wake up crying and then I would have to tuck you back in!  Other than that your teeth look great!  You love to brush them with your electric superhero tooth brush! 





Knoxie, you are our little angel baby!  You are the sweetest most thoughtful little guy.  You always think of other people and love to share with your sister and brother.  I can always count on you to try to cheer the other two up if they are sad.  You are my biggest helper too!  You love to help me with laundry and dishes!  You also throw one heck of a temper tantrum.  You are really the only one that throws them (thank goodness).  If you don't get your way you throw your self on the floor and scream and cry.  Or sometimes you will just go limp and fall to the ground so I have to pick you up or drag you.  That's what you do when we are in public.  It's always really fun! ha I guess you are just passionate!  You are completely obsessed with baseball.  You talk about it and play it all day long.  You always have your baseball cap  and glove on and you sleep with two baseballs in your bed.   As soon as your dad gets homes from work you make him go outside to play with you.  You are so busy and always on the move.  You love playing outside!  I think you might have a little touch of ADD.  You can't sit still very well at all!  You have a hard time making through a tv show!  Your favorites are Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and Fresh Beat Band.  Your favorite movie is Sandlot!  Your favorite books are Chicka Boom Boom and your baseball books!  Your favorite baseball book got ruined yesterday because you left it in the rain because you wanted to take it outside with you while you played!  You love going to school and playing with your friends!  You run constantly.  You rarely walk anywhere!  You don't talk very much but since you have started therapy you have been talking more and more and we are starting to understand more of what you are saying!  You still love your shoes and always have a different pair on! You and Ava are always getting into trouble together!  Especially when you are supposed to be napping!  You love your brother and sister so much!  You are all very concerned when you aren't all together!  We love you so much baby Knox!  You keep us laughing and on our toes!

Brooks Henry Elliott You are Three!

Eat-Sometimes you eat and sometimes you don't.  If you eat well for one meal you probably won't eat again for the rest of the day which is probably why you are so skinny!  Your favorite foods are pancakes, strawberries, chicken, french fries, yogurt, gold fish, tacos, cereal, cauliflower, sweet potatoes and anything sweet!  You still love milk.  I have to limit your milk or you will drink too much, get full, and not eat at all!  You love snacks too!  You always want a snack! ha

Sleep-You are definitely a creature of habit..  You sleep in the same exact spot every night and you call it your "Stinky Spot."  It is the top right corner of your crib and it is stinky!  You drool when you sleep so it makes the spot stinky! ha I don't think you move an inch once I put you in bed!  You curl up with your little knees to your chest, turn your head to the right and put your thumb in your mouth and you are out!  You stay in that position for twelve hours and your hair is a mess on one side when you finally wake up!ha  You cannot sleep in a bed.  You never have.  I'm not sure what is going to happen when we try to put you in a big boy bed!  We have to take your pack in play everywhere we go so you can sleep!  You use to require the least amount of sleep out of the three but lately you have been napping much better than the other two.  You can climb out of your crib but I think I have scared you into staying in it.  You love story time at night before we go to bed and you rarely let me skip!  You still love Chick a Boom Boom and Little Blue Truck (Both books) the best.  You never sleep in the car.  Ever....  That can be a little annoying! You wake up happy no matter what Brooksie!

Tricks-You are the smartest little boy! You know all your shapes, colors, your A, B, C's, lots of songs,  You can count to 20 (sometimes), and you question everything! You love building things with legos.  You make tractors and cars with them! You love to read books and have memorized all of your favorites!  You talk non-stop!  You also have a memory that is insane!  You don't forget anything!  You like to go to church and talk about the bible a lot!  Your Sunday school teacher told me you always want to sit on the front row.  You love to ride your balance bike and you have gotten really good at it!  You love to dig in the dirt too!  You take your "work" very seriously!  You are the smartest little boy Brooksie and we love you!

Bath-You love taking a bath and you love fighting over who has to get out first!  You always start yelling it's "A A's turn" "Knoxie's Turn"  I have to rotate who I take out first every night!  You love to swim in the tub and play with the little boats!

Clothes-You are my skinny mini!  I have the hardest time finding clothes that will fit you because you are so tall and so skinny!  Your little waist is tiny!  I tried a pair of 3-6 month shorts on you a few months ago and they fit!  In shirts you wear a 2 or 3t and in pants you wear a 18-24 month skinny jean! ha In shorts I buy you 12 or 18 month!  In shoes you are a 9.  You aren't very opinionated about what you wear!  I can still dress you in whatever I want and you are happy! You of course like tractor shirts and things like that! Oh and you love your deer camp clothes which are basically anything in camo!

Looks-Brooksy I don't know who you look like!  You have the prettiest curly red hair, big blue eyes like your daddy and the cutest little freckles on your nose! You are so tall and skinny too!  Some people think you look like Gigi with your daddy's coloring.  I'm not sure who you look like but  you are the cutest little thing I have ever seen! You have very long fingers and toes too!

Teeth-You have all of the teeth you are supposed to have! You never had any problems teething! I never knew if you had a new tooth unless I stuck my finger in your mouth!  You still suck your thumb when you are sleeping.  That is the only time you ever do it though!  You are definitely going to need braces!  Every dentist that sees your mouth tells me to start saving my money for braces now!  That's no big surprises since your dad and I both had braces twice!

Brooksy, you are the sweetest little guy!  Lately you have been saying "please" constantly and I've such a hard time telling you no to anything! ha You are so smart and you ask tons of questions and talk our ears off!  You love your daddy and you are such a boy.  Your teacher told me you talk about the deer camp every day all day!  You still love tractors and four-wheelers and digging in the dirt!  Anything outside! You could play in the backyard for hours!  Every day you ask if you can go to the park and to Chuck E Cheese.  You love hanging out with your friends too!  You always ask to go to their houses!  You basically just like to be on the move!  You always want to go "Bye Bye!"  You love school and your teachers seem to really like you!  You have a girlfriend.  Anna Spears!  You are so in love with her!  Your teachers tell me you hold hands and play together every day!  That really stresses your daddy out!  He says you have the rest of your life to worry about girls! ha You love your brother and your sister and you tell on them sometimes!  You definitely aren't as mischievous as they are but you do have a temper and don't put up with much!  You have had some issues with hitting and biting.  It breaks your heart when you have to go to time out but lately you have ended up there a lot. Your little cry breaks my heart.  You don't cry as often as the other two so when you do it's sad! You are still aren't potty trained and you don't show much interest in it.  You always tell me when you have gone to the bathroom and that I need to change your diaper!  You are going to have to start getting use to big boy underwear soon! I think it's time!  You love to read books and your favorites are both Little Blue Truck Books and Chicka a Boom Boom.  You love to watch Mickey Mouse, Super Why, and Fresh Beat Band.  Your favorite movies are Frozen, Little Mermaid, The Sandlot, and the Wizard of Woz (as you call it).  You are such a sweet smart boy Brooks!  We love you so much and you put a smile on our faces every single day! 

Ava Alexis Elliott You Are Three!

Eat-A, you are definitely my best eater!  You will try anything and you definitely eat way more than the boys even though you are so tiny! Your daddy makes you a smoothie every morning!  He adds all kinds of crazy things to it!  Spinach, Kale, Peanut Butter, and lots of fruit!  Sometime you also have eggs or cereal too!  You love bacon for breakfast!  You like steel cut oats too! For lunch you usually get a fruit, veggie, grain and protein.  You love chicken, veggie chips, hummus, apples, grapes, strawberries, and blueberries!  Your dinner is a lot like your lunch.  You are still allergic to milk so you drink almond milk and love it!  When Gigi babysits she lets you all drink milk out of a bottle!  That is your special treat!  Your milk allergy seems to be getting better.  You eat cheese now and don't seem to have any problems!  You still throw up all of the time but not nearly as much as when you were drinking milk!  Now you just get sick if you have a cough or eat too much sugar! 

Sleep- Oh A!  You have really messed up our sleeping arrangements around here.  A few weeks ago you started sleeping on the floor in the boys room between their beds in a sleeping bag.  You went crazy if I tried to put you in your bed.  You actually do pretty well sleeping there.  You don't get out of your sleeping bag and you go right to sleep!  We eventually moved your crib mattress to the floor so you could sleep on that.  At night time you all do great but naps have gotten a little wild.  You all seem to play more than you sleep and Knox likes to climb out of his bed and snuggle with you on the floor.  Sometimes you and Knox decide you don't want to stay in your bed and you run around upstairs!  I guess it's time for big kid beds!!!

Tricks-You know your colors (Especially pink) and most of your shapes.  You can draw a circle.  We are working on your name! ha You have started riding your brothers balance bike and you have gotten pretty good at it!  You talk a lot but sometimes I know what you are saying but other people have a harder time understanding you!  You're a smart little girl and we love you A!

Bath-You all don't love bath time as much as you use to because you know that means bed time is next!  Sometimes it takes me a little while to get you all in the tub!  You like to hide in your tee pee or run away from me!  You all still take baths together! You love to splash and "Swim."  You get to use special shampoo since you have long girl hair!  You even get to use conditioner! You love spraying your leave in conditioner in your hair and brushing it!  

Clothes-A, you have gotten so particular about what you wear!  It drives me crazy!  You still like to wear jackets and boots in the house.  You prefer jackets with a hood and pockets...  Sometimes you like to wear hats and sunglasses too!  You love anything pink and you like to wear pink socks every day!  You also like dresses that are sparkly or pink and you call them your "Princess dresses".  Your favorite shoes seem to be boots.  You love wearing your rain boots and your black and tan booties!  I think you like them because you can slip them on and off so easily!  The past few days you have wanted to wear athletic shorts every day even though its a little cold.  You haven't worn many bows lately.  You like headbands better but some days you will only wear a hat.  Usually the green John Deere hat.  You are still such a tiny little thing!  You wear a 2t in shirts and dresses and in jeans and pants you wear anywhere from a 18 month to 2t.  You even have a few pairs of 12 month shorts that still fit!  In shoes you wear a 8.5 or 9.      

Looks-A, I still don't know who you look like! You have blue eyes like your daddy and dark skin like your mommy!  You are built just like your dad too.  Your hair is light brown sometimes blond.  I guess you are just a little mixture!  You are such a pretty girl! 

Teeth-You have all of your teeth (that you are supposed to have at this age)!  Your teeth have gotten so much straighter since you stopped using your pacifier!  I was scared your front teeth were going to turn grey/black since you fell and busted them last year but so far so good!  They are still very white! You love to brush your teeth with your hello kitty electric toothbrush!  

Ava, our sweet, sassy little girl!  You are definitely one of a kind!  You seriously could not get any more girly!  Your favorite color is pink and I think you legitimately think you are a princess.  Any time I call you a "Big Girl" you say "No, I'm a princess!" ha You are our little princess though!  You are such a little mommy too! You love to take care of everyone!  You take care of your brothers all of the time!  You have the funniest little personality!  It's like you are a 20 year old stuck in a three year olds body!  You talk with your hands and you are so dramatic.  SOOOO dramatic!  It's almost too much for your daddy to handle!  You love your daddy though!  You think he can fix anything.  It's actually pretty cute!  You always say, "Daddy fick it".  It doesn't matter what it is! One time my hair extension fell out and you said he would take care of it for me! ha You are still obsessed with Gigi too!  You love spending the night at her house.  Probably because she lets you get away with murder!  You can be quite the little mess!  You blame everything on Knox and if that doesn't work you blame it on Brooks.  If that doesn't work you usually cry and say you are sick or someone hurt you.  Like I said, you are very dramatic.  You can be pretty sneaky too!  You get your brothers into a lot of trouble.  Knox is still your little side kick.  In fact, as I was typing this I just went up stairs to check on you (You are supposed to be napping) and I found you and Knox in my room and you had gotten into my makeup and you both have black mascara all over your faces.  I didn't even say anything to you and you just started crying.  Crying is the strategy you use to get out of trouble.  Brooks and you don't fight as much as you use too.  You can both be very silly together!  Your best friends at school are Mia and Hudson.  You talk about them a lot!  I think you play with your brothers a lot too.  You can definitely get rough with the boys!  I think you will be able to hold your own one day!  You love art projects!  You love to write too!  One of your favorite games is to play waitress and take everyones order.  You like to play with your dolls and makeup too! You feed your dolls and brush their hair!  Your favorite tv shows are Sophia, Mickey Mouse, and Fresh Beat Band.  Your favorite movies are Frozen, Little Mermaid, and Sandlot.  We love you so much Ava!  You make us laugh every single day!  We love our little princess! 

Lately 2

All dressed up and no where to go!  She just wears stuff like this around the house! ha 

She walked in the kitchen one day like this and I asked her what was all over her mouth.   She said, "Umm, Lipstick."  It was prescription diaper rash cream...

Everlys Shower

We hosted a baby shower for baby Everly at our house!

My Birthday

I started my birthday off with a little Chuck E Cheese!  The kids had a party to go to!  Next, we met Gigi for lunch at Deluxe Burger!  It was so yummy!

After lunch we went back to our house for cupcakes and presents!  I had a few little helpers to help me with the candles!  They needed the practice for their birthday next month!

That night B watched the kids so I could go out with girlfriends to dinner and to a fashion show!  It was such a fun night and the perfect way to celebrate my birthday!

Lately

This never happens.  Ever!  I loved every second of it though!  He slept like this for an hour! 

Brooksy and I had a little dinner/shopping date one night.  The other two were sick and Brooks and I were going crazy in the house and had to get out!  We found lots of goodies at TJ!  We had lots of fun  together too! 

Our first trip to Target together... Ever.  They have probably all been individually but never all together.  I LOVE these carts!  I wish all stores had them!  Although, nothing is ever as easy as it seems... I bought popcorn and drinks to keep them occupied and I started shopping.  I filled my cart and when it was about as full as it could get Ava announced she had to poop.  So, I tried to fit the cart in the bathroom.  It wouldn't fit.  I knew I couldn't take the boys out of the cart or they would be rolling around on the public bathroom floor... So, I looked over and saw a boy that works at the liquor store walking out of the store and I yelled for him.  He was nice enough to stand by my cart with the boys in it while I took A to the bathroom.  Thank goodness!  We came out and he left and about two minutes later Ava says she had to poop again... We were getting over the stomach virus so I knew she was telling the truth.  I ran into a college girl I know from Monticello and asked her if she could watch the boys while I took A back to the bathroom!  Thank goodness I always run into people I know at Target!  We hurried and checked out after the second bathroom trip! ha  I will definitely attempt Target again soon though!   

Oh and they kept screaming they wanted to go to the movies when we were at Target.  They meant they wanted me to wheel them over to the tv's! ha

We are ready for summer around here!  Knox insisted on wearing his new swim trunks and his cowboy hat while he rode his bike! 

B took the boys to see the Lego movie one day and Ava and I got to have a girls day!  We went shopping of course!  She picked out a bag full of princess accessories!  It wasn't a backpack but Ava can turn anything into a backpack! 

I had to watch her because she added new accessories at every store we went to! 

She insisted on wearing her new shoes and crown to Target.
