After the club we went to our neighborhood hunt! Because we still didn't think we had enough candy! ha
Knox search and found all of the golden eggs (smart boy! ha) and a little girl walked up to him and said, "That's against the rules you can only get one gold egg." Then she threw all of the golden eggs out of his basket on the ground... I wasn't sure if he was going to punch her or cry. He surprised me and didn't did neither. He just walked away. I was proud of him and also a little ticked at the bratty kid. No one likes a tattle tell kid! ha
His mood quickly changed because he won the egg in the spoon race! Go Knox! I was worried Brooks would be upset that he didn't win but he handled it fine! It helps that Knox isn't boastful. Ava on the other hand....
Next up was the girl division! Guess who won?! Go Ava!
She was so proud of herself! She ran up to Knox and gave him a big hug and said, "Knox, we are both winners!" Sweetest thing I've ever seen!
After the neighborhood festivities we walked to Gigi's house for dinner! The Easter bunny made an early stop at Gigi's house too! The kids were so excited about all of their new toys!
Everly came over too! The girls!
Ava and Knox worked so hard on their bunny cake! I forgot to take a picture of the finished product!
The Easter bunny made a quick stop at our house that night once the sugar filled wild kids were finally asleep!
He hid eggs everywhere and left a few giant eggs too!
